THCC was extremely helpful throughout the planning process for our conference. They worked with us through all of the necessary bureaucratic processes that come from being involved in state government, while also helping to plan the minutiae of the event. Everything from room size and set up to the catering menu was handled with minimal effort by us. They were accommodating of attendee needs and even addressed two last minute dietary concerns brought up by attendees the morning of the event.

The fact that parking was included and incredibly close was a big plus and that the hotel was connected or just across the street was a HUGE selling point for the INAIR Board and attendees.
